Your Core Role
As a Field Sales Executive, your job is to:
Identify new clients (shops, godowns, furniture stores, traders, factories)
Understand customer needs and position raw materials or mattresses as solutions
Make daily field visits, product demos, and follow-ups
Handle pricing, objections, and negotiate to close deals
Build long-term relations with buyers, dealers, and distributors
Keep records using Excel/WhatsApp/Google Sheets
We Want Someone Who Is...
Male, Age 24 and +, Ethical Person, Compulsory Two Wheeler License with a bike.
A fast learner with good sales exposure and street smarts
Goal-oriented (not stuck in process, but focused on results)
Money-minded understands that targets = incentives
Has experience in similar product categories (foam, plastic, insulation, plywood, mattress, hardware, etc.)
Familiar with field sales tools and tech like WhatsApp, Excel, call logs
Expected Qualities
Track entire sale until the closing. Record of achieving monthly sales targets
Good communication (Hindi/Marathi essential, basic English welcome)
Knowledge of your local area and strong observation of markets
Has handled objections and tough customers
Able to explain technical product differences confidently
Open to travel daily for field visits
Bonus Skills
Can use Microsoft Excel confidently basic formulas, sorting, filtering
Uses WhatsApp Web, call logs, and simple CRM methods to follow-up
Past experience with telesales, counter sales, or field activations
Incentive-Driven Role
Base Salary: 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 PA
Performance Bonus: Based on monthly targets
Travel/Mobile Allowance
