We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our IT products and services. The role involves client acquisition, field visits, lead generation, and relationship management to achieve sales targets in the Pune region.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Visit clients and present IT products and services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
Graduate degree in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in field sales (IT sales experience preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Must own a bike for field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
