Our Mission: ● Reduce black marketing ● Boost government tax collection ● Support the Indian economy ● Generate rural employment ● Enhance ease of doing fuel business ● Ensure high-quality fuel at fair prices ● Promote rural development Role of a Field Officer As a Field Officer, you serve as the key liaison between I-FUEL Pvt Ltd and fuel delivery partners at the district level. Your responsibilities include: 1. Identifying Fuel-Scarce Locations ○ Pinpoint areas facing fuel shortages or illegal supply chains. ○ Prioritize rural and semi-urban locations with high demand. 2. Partner Appointment & Management ○ Shortlist and verify eligible Delivery Partners (DPs). ○ Oversee onboarding and ensure adherence to SOPs. 3. Training & Compliance ○ Educate DPs on safety protocols, equipment handling, and service standards. 4. Monitoring & Reporting ○ Track DP performance, compliance, and grievances. ○ Submit daily activity reports to the central team. Step-by-Step DP Appointment Process 1. Location Identification ● Assess market demand and fuel consumption patterns. ● Collect supporting data: ○ Number of tractors, diesel generators, industrial units, etc. ● Identify any presence of fuel black marketing or access issues. 2. Delivery Partner (DP) Identification ● Approach candidates with: ○ A valid driving license. ○ Ownership or access to a delivery vehicle. ○ Willingness to follow operational SOPs. 3. Survey Form Submission ● Collect and submit the DP Survey Form along with: ○ Aadhaar & PAN Card (KYC) ○ Valid Driving License (mandatory) ○ RC of the vehicle ■ If RC is not in the applicant’s name, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required. 4. Fee & Payment Structure ● Step 1: Application Fee – ₹2,100 (Non-refundable, for background verification) ● Step 2: Material Booking – 50% advance based on selected equipment package ● Step 3: Final Payment – Before equipment delivery (within a 45-day period) ● ⚠ All payments are non-refundable. 5. Agreement & Equipment Distribution ● Charges for legal agreement and equipment are billed separately. ● Delivery Partner will bear the transportation cost of: ○ Jerrycans ○ Fuel trucks ○ Fire safety units ● Upon full payment: ○ Authorization Letter issued ○ Uniform & Safety Kit handed over 6. Fuel Price & Incentives ● Fuel rates vary by location and source. ● Partner incentives are directly linked to fuel volume sold. 7.
