e are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales cum Field Executive who can generate new business opportunities for Havells products. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, the ability to develop new leads, and a willingness to travel extensively.
Identify, generate, and convert new sales leads for Havells electrical products.
Visit potential clients, distributors, contractors, architects, and institutions to promote Havells range.
Conduct field surveys, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximize business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and basic technical understanding where needed.
Prepare daily visit reports and share updates with the sales head.
Ensure timely follow-ups, enquiry handling, and closure.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (electrical industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive travelling for client visits.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Basic understanding of electrical products (Havells knowledge is an added advantage).
