The Field Relationship Executive will be responsible for connecting with property owners, tenants, and potential clients to build strong relationships, promote property management services, and ensure smooth client servicing through regular field interactions.
Meet property owners, tenants, and potential clients to explain services.
Generate leads for property rentals, sales, and management services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals.
Conduct property visits, inspections, and coordinate with the operations team.
Support clients with documentation, agreements, and basic queries.
Achieve sales and relationship targets as per company goals.
Gather market insights on real estate trends and competitors.
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 1–2 years in real estate, property management, or field sales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client/property visits.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
