The Field Executive is responsible for carrying out field-level activities including client visits, data collection, sales, product delivery, customer service, or operational support. The role involves traveling within a designated area, engaging with customers or partners, ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks, and reporting back to the office team.
Visit clients/customers/vendors as per schedule and company requirements.
Execute field activities like surveys, deliveries, inspections, data collection, or sales pitches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of daily reports and updates.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
Promote company products/services as required.
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of field visits and interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Education: 12th Pass,High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: 0-3 years in a field-based role (sales, delivery, service, or operations).
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Other: Must own a valid driver's license and preferably a two-wheeler (depending on role).
Work Conditions :
Field-based work involving regular travel.
Must be physically fit for outdoor/field activities.
