We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Field Executive to support on-ground real estate operations. The role involves property site visits, client coordination, lead follow-ups, and assisting with property documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, presentable, and capable of delivering a high-quality customer experience while managing multiple site-related tasks.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property information.
Coordinate with property owners, builders, and brokers to gather updated listings.
Manage customer appointments and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
Conduct market surveys to identify new properties and update database regularly.
Assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting required property documents.
Provide real-time updates and reports to the central sales/operations team.
Ensure all properties are well-prepared and presentable before client visits.
Handle signage, banners, and promotional materials at project sites.
Act as a liaison between clients and developers for any site-related queries.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a similar real estate or field-based role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
Good knowledge of local real estate market and geography.
Familiar with mobile apps and CRM tools used for property listings and reporting.
Own vehicle and a valid driving license required.
