Job Description

We are hiring a Field Executive to handle outdoor marketing audits, site surveys, and advertisement inspections. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned places like client sites, public areas, and transport hubs to check advertisements and collect site details (recce).

• Measure spaces for banners, hoardings, and other advertising formats according to client requirements.

• Capture high-quality photographs of sites, installations, advertisements on buses, walls, and other surfaces for documentation and reporting.

• Verify the presence and condition of advertisements as per audit guidelines.

• Record site details, dimensions, and other relevant information accurately.

• Ensure timely submission of reports, images, and survey forms to the reporting manager.

• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure that audit schedules and requirements are met.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain professionalism during site visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills and basic reporting abilities.

• Proficiency in using smartphones or digital cameras for site photography.

• Ability to take accurate measurements using tools like measuring tape or laser measure.

• Comfortable traveling frequently and working in outdoor environments.

• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps, GPS) is a plus.

• No sales targets or client pitching required.
