Key Responsibilities:

2. Explain product benefits and features to clients, matching them to their financial needs.
3. Generate new business through cold calls, references, and on-ground marketing.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
6. Maintain accurate sales data and submit daily activity reports.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and policy issuance.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
9. Participate in local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
