Create awareness among MSMEs about ZED certification: what it is, its levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold), benefits, incentives and subsidy schemes.
Assess whether MSMEs meet eligibility / parameter requirements (e.g. registration, infrastructure, management systems) and advise them accordingly.
Guide MSME units through registration in the ZED app / portal; help with uploading documents correctly.
Conduct on-site visits / field inspections; ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, order, documentation, photo evidence etc.
Assist MSMEs in meeting or documenting compliance: if they have ISO / BIS / NABL certifications etc, help them leverage those; suggest improvements where lacking.
Deliver training or awareness sessions / workshops on ZED parameters, good practices, quality tools.
Collect required data & metrics from the unit.
Maintain regular communication with MSME stakeholders; follow guidelines and code of conduct.
Prepare reports: status of units, progress, issues, photos, documents, feedback etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering / Management / Social Sciences preferred)
Prior experience (1-3 years or more) working with MSMEs / certification schemes / audits / fieldwork is preferred
Good understanding of quality systems / safety / environmental / ZED parameters / ISO / compliance standards
Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to interact with owners / workers of MSME units
Good report writing skills, documentation and maintaining records
Comfortable with travel and field visits
Basic digital literacy; ability to use apps / upload documents / take photographs etc.
