Position: Service Executive / Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Complaint Resolution (2 Points)

• Customer complaints को सुनना और तुरंत सही समाधान देना।

• Backend/Technical team से coordinate करके issues resolve करना।

2. Winback (3 Points)

• Inactive या dissatisfied customers को दुबारा Paytm से जोड़ना।

• उनकी problems solve करके trust वापस जीतना।

• Paytm products/services promote करना ताकि customer active रहे।

3. ABND Task – Applied But Not Disbursed (2 Points)

• Loan apply करने वाले customers जिनका loan disburse नहीं हुआ है, उनके cases handle करना।

• Missing documents, KYC issues या incomplete process complete कराना और loan team से coordinate करना।

4. Loan Support (Incentive Based)

• Loan से जुड़ी queries (Application, EMI, Repayment, Eligibility) solve करना।

• Customers को loan process में step-by-step support देना।

• Loan disbursement बढ़ाने पर extra incentive earn करना।

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate

• Age: 18 – 35 years

• Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• Good communication & customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of smartphone and apps
