The Field Leader is responsible for leading field operations, managing and guiding field staff, ensuring achievement of collection, sales, and operational targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role combines team management, operational oversight, and client engagement to support business growth.
Lead, supervise, and motivate field staff to achieve sales, loan disbursement, and collection targets.
Monitor field operations and ensure adherence to NBFC policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct field visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and provide on-site guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and local stakeholders.
Collect field data, update MIS, and report to branch/regional managers.
Identify market opportunities, assist in customer acquisition, and support business expansion.
Resolve operational and customer issues effectively and timely.
Train and mentor field staff on processes, documentation, and customer handling.
Minimum 1 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial services, preferably in field operations or sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of financial products, lending processes, and compliance.
Analytical skills for monitoring field performance and preparing reports.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to travel frequently for field visits.
