Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Paytm, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships, and promoting Paytm's suite of financial and digital payment products on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores, vendors, and merchants to promote and onboard them to Paytm’s payment platform.
Educate merchants about Paytm’s QR code, soundbox, EDC (card swipe machine), and other related services.
Ensure proper installation and activation of devices.
Collect and verify required KYC documents from merchants.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship with onboarded merchants for continued engagement.
Provide timely feedback and market insights to the team leaders.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Experience in field sales or direct sales will be an added advantage (Fresher can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own an Android smartphone.
Willingness to travel locally.
Basic knowledge of digital payments and mobile apps.
