We are looking for Field Sales Executives who are proactive, result-oriented, and eager to build strong client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and connect with potential advertisers across multiple industries.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
Business Development & Strategy
Understand client needs and pitch tailored OOH + Digital advertising solutions.
Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
Campaign Coordination & Support
Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams during onboarding and delivery stages.
Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Technical & Analytical Skills
Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and field sales strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confidence in client interactions and relationship management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
