7Sea Capital Ltd. is hiring a Male Field Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and ready to work in the dynamic field of finance and real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong local area knowledge, good communication and sales skills, and a basic understanding of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients and explain our services in finance (loans & credit) and real estate.

• Assist customers in understanding property or loan-related documentation and processes.

• Handle fieldwork such as site visits, paperwork collection, and follow-ups.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.

• Convince and negotiate with clients to close deals effectively.

• Ensure proper verification and submission of documents.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Language: Basic understanding of English

• Skills:

  • Good convincing & negotiation skills

  • Sales & field marketing experience

  • Local area knowledge (Greater Noida West & surroundings)

  • Familiarity with finance & real estate documentation

• Experience: Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; experience is a plus

• Must be comfortable with regular field visits
