We need a Field Collection Executive who is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from clients by making personal visits, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed records of collections. This role requires frequent travel, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, compliance with company policies and legal standards, and the ability to work independently to meet collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Field Visits:
Visiting clients to collect payments and ensure timely collections.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
Customer Communication:
Effectively communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, explain policies, and provide excellent customer service.
Negotiation:
Negotiating payment plans, repayment schedules, and other arrangements with clients to recover debts.
Reporting:
Providing regular reports to management on collection progress, outstanding debts, and any problematic accounts.
Compliance:
Ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and legal standards.
Issue Resolution:
Handling customer disputes, complaints, and difficult situations diplomatically.
Key Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is often preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a field collections role or a related area.
Skills:
