Role Summary: Promote and pitch ShinePoints reward software to retail store owners, onboard them on a free trial, and convert them to paid subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch ShinePoints to 10–15 retail stores daily.
Achieve revenue target = 2× monthly salary (higher incentives if exceeded).
Build retailer relationships, revisit for conversions, and collect referrals.
Report progress via mobile (no daily office visit).
Work Mode & Timing:
Field work in assigned city, Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM
1-month probation → full-time
Eligibility:
Min 12th pass (graduates preferred)
Freshers/0–6 months exp. welcome
Regional language + basic English
Salary & Benefits:
