Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the sanitation audit software, its workflows, and reporting features.

• Interact with department officials (DUSIB) and field staff to gather requirements and explain software functionalities.

• Assist in configuring the software as per site/department needs.

• Conduct end-user training for operators, supervisors, and departmental staff.

• Support users during live operations — including troubleshooting and resolving functional queries.

• Collect feedback from users and report issues or enhancement requests to the product team.

• Maintain basic functional documentation, including user manuals and training guides.

• Assist in conducting pilot runs and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/B.Sc/B.A./BCA preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in software implementation, ERP, audit, or similar functional roles.

• Freshers with good communication and learning ability can apply.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of basic computer operations and mobile app usage.

• Ability to learn and explain software features to non-technical users.

• Comfortable interacting with government officials and field staff.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Willingness to travel within Delhi for field support and implementation.

• Prior exposure to audit, facility management, or sanitation-related software is a plus.
