Monitor and follow up on delinquent microfinance(Group Loans) accounts to ensure timely recovery of dues
Visit borrowers’ homes or business locations to assess repayment ability and negotiate repayment plans
Educate clients on the importance of credit discipline and financial literacy
Identify early warning signals of potential default and escalate issues as necessary
Work closely with field staff and credit teams to resolve overdue cases
Maintain daily recovery records, MIS, and reports for review by the branch/area manager
Assist in legal recovery actions where required (e.g., issuing notices, supporting arbitration, etc.)
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices
Support in loan restructuring or settlement processes as per policy
