Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Executive to join our expanding team. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales through on-ground visits and regular follow-ups. This position is open to both fresh graduates eager to begin their career and experienced professionals looking to further their sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s customer base within the allocated region.
Client Engagement: Establish, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Outreach: Effectively present and promote products/services to prospects through in-person meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
Market Awareness: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide customized solutions.
Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure continued engagement and successful deal closures.
Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record sales activities, client interactions, and performance data for management review.
Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings to confidently explain features, benefits, and value to clients.
Candidate Profile:
Age: Up to 35 years
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced applicants
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
Sales Ability: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Field Sales Exposure: Prior field sales or business development experience is an added advantage
Mobility: Should own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for client visits and on-field activities
