Job Title: Collection Executive (Non-Sales Role)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect cheques, bills, and invoices from clients/vendors.

• Submit collected documents to the accounts/billing department on time.

• Maintain and update collection records in ledger format.

• Coordinate with clients for pending payments and document clarifications.

• Deliver invoices or documents as needed.

• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients.

• Use Tally for basic data entry and record updates.

• Travel locally on a 2-wheeler (must have valid license).

• Ensure safe handling of cheques and sensitive documents.

• Report daily collections and updates to the manager.
