Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Field Executive to join our growing team. The Field Executive will be responsible for client sourcing, group formation, loan disbursement, recovery, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the assigned area. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in rural and semi-urban areas and have a passion for community engagement and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire potential customers.

• Form Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).

• Educate clients on loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies.

• Complete KYC verification and documentation as per company norms.

• Facilitate smooth loan disbursement and timely collection of installments.

• Monitor customer activities and ensure repayment discipline.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and field reports.

• Resolve customer queries and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings and training sessions.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years of field work experience in microfinance, sales, or related sectors (freshers may also apply).

• Language: Local language proficiency is essential. Basic knowledge of Hindi/English is a plus.

• Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and work in rural/semi-urban areas.

  • Basic understanding of microfinance principles and practices.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.

  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
