Job Title: Collection OfficerIndustry: Banking / NBFCKey Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments.Visit clients and recover pending dues as per company policy.Maintain daily collection records and update systems.Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely closures.Coordinate with branch and legal teams for escalated cases.Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines during recovery.Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of loan recovery process.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Basic computer and reporting skills.Qualification & Experience:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.0–3 years of experience in loan collection or field recovery.
