We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely recovery from customers. The candidate should be proactive, responsible, and have good communication skills.
Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments.
Maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates.
Handle customer queries regarding billing and payments.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Visit clients (if required) for payment collection.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Experience: 0–3 years in Collection / Recovery / Telecalling.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Two-wheeler preferred (for field collection roles).
