We are looking for a Field Executive – Loan Collection & Asset Sales to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills and a good understanding of loan recovery procedures and property dealings. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹55,000 and prospects of growth.

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives based on recovery & property sale performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to borrowers' addresses as per the allocated recovery list.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers.

• Deliver notices, reminders, and legal documents related to loan recovery.

• Identify and visit auction-listed properties; inspect the condition and maintain updated records.

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers for auction properties through local network, brokers, and field canvassing.

• Facilitate site visits and coordinate with the internal legal/auction team to complete property sale formalities.

• Maintain accurate MIS and daily visit reports; update system entries as per company process.

• Resolve recovery issues amicably where possible and escalate critical cases to legal/recovery managers.

• Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines while handling recovery and property sale activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong fieldwork orientation

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of loan products and auction processes

• Local area knowledge and ability to travel extensively

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years in field collections, recovery, or property sales. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
