💼 Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
• Engage walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy to pitch suitable SBI credit card products.
• Clearly explain card features, benefits, eligibility, and usage.
• Collect and verify documents as per KYC norms.
• Ensure daily placement of marketing materials and maintain in-store branding standards.
Field Sales:
• Visit nearby residential areas, corporate offices, and businesses to promote SBI credit cards.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and direct footfall interaction.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Operational :
• Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions, applications, and conversions.
• Coordinate with backend teams for timely processing and onboarding.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards during documentation and sales.
📋 Key Requirements
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales.
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.)
💰 Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month based on performance
