Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales (Kitchenware)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales with strong industry knowledge in kitchenware/utensils and an excellent network in the corporate and institutional sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating bulk orders, identifying new clients, and building long-term relationships to drive the company’s growth in the B2B space.
Identify and target corporate clients, institutions, hospitality groups, and distributors for bulk kitchenware requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the procurement departments
Generate inquiries and convert leads into high-volume sales
Present the company’s kitchenware products and capabilities professionally
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and buyer-seller meets to promote brand visibility
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company margins
Provide feedback to the production team on market demand, customization requests, and new product opportunities
Maintain records using Excel/CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, and client follow-ups
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (preferably in kitchenware, houseware, or consumer goods)
Strong network in the corporate or institutional sector is a must
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Candidates with experience in kitchenware, houseware, or utensils industry
Experience in corporate gifting, hotel supply, or institutional sales
