Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
· Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
· Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data.
· Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations.
· Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers.
· Collaborate with team members, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results.
· Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team.
· Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team.
