Channel Sales logistics

We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to join at our of our cleint located at Andheri east from logistics industry. The role offers ₹30000 - ₹40000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

•  Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

   Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.

   Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

   Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.

   Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

   Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.

   Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.

   Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

   Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
