Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive .The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and working closely with marketing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition

• Identify and acquire potential clients to expand our customer base

• Develop outreach plans and follow up on new business opportunities

2. Market Research

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and customer needs

• Provide insights to refine business strategy

3. Sales Strategy Development

• Create and implement sales plans to achieve targets

• Monitor performance and adapt strategies to market demands

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

5. Competitor Analysis

• Study competitors to understand their strategies

• Propose actionable insights to stay ahead in the market

6. Event & Activity Management

• Plan and participate in lead generation events and promotional activities

• Coordinate with marketing for execution and support

7. Marketing Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to align efforts

• Support campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead conversions

Candidate profile :

• B.com is mandatory or MBA finance is preferable

• Freshers or experienced(1-3 years )of experience in software products (tally)

• Meeting and telephone etiquette

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
