Key Responsibilities
🧭 Sales & Business Development (Field + Branch)
Drive branch-level business growth with a strong focus on investment product sales including mutual funds, fixed deposits, insurance, and third-party offerings.
Actively participate in field sales activities – meeting potential clients at their locations, conducting door-to-door campaigns, cold calling, and generating leads through local market visits.
Establish new business through local outreach programs, business associations, and referral networks.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term customers.
👥 Customer Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding individual financial needs and offering customized solutions.
Strengthen existing client relationships through regular interaction, portfolio reviews, and advisory services.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
💼 Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and support a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and operational staff.
Create a motivating and performance-oriented culture within the branch.
Monitor performance KPIs and guide the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
🏦 Branch Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end branch functioning including operations, cash management, audits, and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of all branch transactions and processes.
📈 Reporting & Strategy
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports on business growth, client conversion, and sales funnel efficiency.
Collaborate with regional leadership to align local initiatives with organizational goals.
🌍 Community Engagement
Organize financial literacy camps, investment drives, and customer meet-ups to increase brand visibility and community trust.
