The Business Development Manager for Admission and Outreach is responsible for driving student admissions through strategic partnerships, outreach initiatives, and targeted marketing. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, enhancing brand visibility, and nurturing relationships with schools, counselors, parents, and corporate partners.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment across various programs.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform admissions campaigns.
Set and achieve admissions targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, coaching centers, education consultants, and corporate HR teams.
Organize and represent the institution at school fairs, seminars, webinars, and corporate events.
Initiate partnerships for feeder programs or talent pipelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Leverage social media, email campaigns, and events to improve visibility and engagement.
Coordinate open houses, campus tours, and info sessions.
Manage and track prospective student leads using CRM tools.
Train and support admission counselors to effectively convert leads into enrollments.
Monitor and report on conversion metrics.
Engage with alumni, corporate sponsors, and education influencers for outreach opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field).
6 months - 2 years of experience in business development or marketing in the education sector or FMCG or insurance etc.
Ability to travel for outreach and events.
Good communication and presentation skills.
