Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development and digital marketing services.
Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings across Central, Western, and South Mumbai regions.
Understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain CRM entries, follow-up logs, and weekly/monthly reports.
Contribute ideas and insights for business strategy and client acquisition.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT services, SaaS, software development, or digital marketing industry highly preferred).
Strong geographical knowledge of Mumbai—Central, Western, and South Mumbai is a must.
Must own a bike and be willing to travel for client meetings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and digital marketing solutions.
