Job Description - Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: 506A, Gordhan Sky Mall, Jodhwara, Jaipur
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: 30 Days Monthly | 4 Weekly Offs
Salary: Negotiable

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at URG Group, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective field work and strategic lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve at least 5 confirmed deals per month (mandatory for full salary).
Conduct 5 client meetings daily (including follow-ups and new prospects).
Maintain and update personal working/follow-up sheets by 9:00 PM daily.
Send selfies with prospects post-meetings in the official group.
For field staff: Share 8-hour live location after leaving the office.
Add 30 new prospects per day with full details in URG G-sheets (name, contact, firm, location, feedback, etc.).
Ensure daily sheet updates before 9:00 PM to avoid deductions.
Maintain a healthy mix of follow-up and new client outreach daily.
Field visits,meetings with clients, reports Attendance
