Key Responsibilities:
Work effectively on provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Prepare and present sales proposals by gaining a strong understanding of the products
and pricing structure.
Make a minimum of 80 effective calls daily, including cold calls, to generate new
business opportunities.
Meet monthly sales and collection targets as assigned.
Build and maintain a strong customer base of at least 500 clients to ensure long-term
growth and performance consistency.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM usage.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and performance orientation.
