Job Description:
Recruit, onboard, and train individual insurance agents.
Drive sales through the agency network to achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents for sustained business growth.
Conduct regular meetings, motivate agents, and support them with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor agent performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in sales promotion activities, business development events, and campaigns.
