SALES MANAGER
Job Title: Sales Manager – CCTV Security Surveillance & Fire Safety Systems
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of integrated security and safety systems, including IP CCTV, Access Control Systems, Public Address (PA) Systems, Boom & Spike Barriers, Hydraulic Bollards, and Fire Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with proven sales expertise in B2B or Project-Based Environments such as Construction, Infrastructure, Government, or Enterprise Sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end-users.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in security and fire safety solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Conduct site surveys, technical presentations, and product demos tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with consultants to get products specified in upcoming projects.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the technical team for solution design, BOQs, and system integration requirements.
Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project execution.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Recommend new product lines, enhancements, or marketing strategies based on industry insights.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools.
Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field) or Business Administration.
Experience:
3–6 years of proven Sales Experience in Security, ELV, or Fire Alarm Systems.
Experience working with brands like Honeywell, Axis, Bosch, Samsung, Matrix, HID, Notifier, etc., is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of integrated ELV systems, including:
IP CCTV (NVR, VMS, Analytics)
Access Control (Biometric/RFID systems)
PA/BGM Systems
Boom Barriers, Spike Barriers, and Hydraulic Bollards
Fire Alarm Systems (Conventional & Addressable)
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle project costing and pricing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
