Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and driving overall market growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities Areas

1. Business Development & Sales

   • Identify, source, and develop new business leads and opportunities.

   • Conduct tele-marketing, client meetings, and presentations with prospective and existing customers.

   • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.

   • Maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

2. Marketing & Strategy

   • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

   • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

   • Plan and execute sales campaigns, trade shows, and marketing events.

   • Create impactful proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.

3. Client & Revenue Management

   • Ensure timely follow-up for payments and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

   • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively.

   • Provide professional product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

4. Team & Performance Management

   • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.

   • Track, analyse, and report sales performance and marketing ROI.

   • Ensure adherence to company goals, policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience in sales & marketing (experience in the printing/packaging industry will be an added advantage).

• Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships and networks.

• Must be smart, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools.

• Own conveyance required.

• Candidates who can join immediately within 15 days will be preferred.
