About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and people-driven Business Development Manager to own the end-to-end sales process — from outreach to onboarding. You’ll connect with community members, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding
Reach out to community members and convert them into paying customers
Build relationships through events, social platforms, and direct engagement
Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve the customer journey
Track leads, pipeline status, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
0–4+ years in business development, community outreach, or B2B/B2C sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking
Passion for engaging with communities and building trust
