The Opportunity :
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about the real estate industry, eager to drive growth, and build lasting relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing mandates for a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and transactions in Pune and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential clients, including developers, landowners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals, who require real estate mandate services.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
• Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new mandates.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead negotiations for mandate agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Market Research : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Pune real estate market.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, project management) to ensure seamless execution of mandates.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
What We're Looking For :
• Proven track record of 1-3 years in business development or sales within the real estate industry (preferably with experience in mandate sales, land acquisition, or large-ticket property transactions).
• Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market dynamics, key players, and property regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client segments.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• A strong network within the Pune real estate community is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
