We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, who will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and
driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Pitch / send company products/services to clients and close deals.
• Visit branches to complete the empanelment process.
• Meet business targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare Business Plan every month.
• Report on a daily basis to the director.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
