The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company offerings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

MBA is a plus (not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., IT, FMCG, finance) preferred.
