1. Recruitment of Advisors
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors (agents).
Build a team of agents who will sell Max Life Insurance products.
2. Training & Development
Train advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Help them achieve their personal sales targets.
3. Sales Management
You can drive insurance sales through your team of advisors.
Support advisors in closing deals, meeting customers, and achieving targets.
