Recruit and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents).
Drive business through the team and achieve monthly sales targets.
Motivate, train, and retain advisors.
Conduct regular meetings with agents and provide product training.
Generate leads and close deals through advisors.
Ensure compliance and documentation for new business and renewals.
Education: Graduation (minimum); MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2–7 years in sales (Life Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma preferred).
Skills: Team management, sales planning, communication skills.
Age: 24–38 years preferred.
