Job Description -

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC).

·       Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.

·       Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency.

·       Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.

·       Providing pre and post sales service support.

·       Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
