Business Development Manager (BDM)
Channel: Agency Channel
💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Life Advisors (Agents):
Identify and recruit high-potential individuals as Life Insurance Advisors.
Build and manage a strong advisor team.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales through advisors and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Focus on selling life insurance products to new and existing customers.
Training & Development:
Provide regular training and support to advisors on products and sales techniques.
Conduct joint fieldwork with advisors to support sales efforts.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track advisor performance and ensure target achievement.
Maintain reports related to sales, advisor recruitment, and business performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy renewal rates.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Criteria Requirement
Education Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
Experience Min. 1–2 years in sales (insurance, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, pharma preferred)
Age Limit 24 to 38 years (relaxation for good profiles)
Skills Good communication, team handling, sales acumen
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Component Details
CTC ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA (based on experience)
Incentives Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

🕒 Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
2nd & 4th Saturdays OFF (as per location/HR policy)
