Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Purpose:
To identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & New Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms, Responsible for tasting and presenting food before service to ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are met, ensuring high customer satisfaction, Visit client offices, restaurants, and corporate companies to take food or service orders, maintain client relations, and promote hospitality offerings."
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular interaction and support.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Pitch products/services to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Provide inputs to improve company’s offerings and strategy.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide feedback to product or service teams for continuous improvement.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM software.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.

BHM – Bachelor of Hotel Management, B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, Diploma in Hotel Management, MBA in Hotel Management / Hospitality
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (industry-specific experience is a plus).
