Ashiraj Overseas Education Consultant is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business
Development Manager to join our team. As a leading education consultancy firm, we
specialize in guiding students towards pursuing their academic aspirations abroad. The
Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging
partnerships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market
presence.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking,
and outreach efforts.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,
including students, parents, and educational institutions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
campaigns to attract potential clients.
5. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate clients about study abroad
opportunities and our services.
6. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partner institutions, ensuring mutually
beneficial terms.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
offering guidance throughout the application process.
8. Stay updated on trends in international education, visa regulations, and other
relevant factors affecting the study abroad industry.
9. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective measures as needed.
10. Represent Ashiraj Overseas Education Consultant at industry events, conferences,
and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's
degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles,
preferably in the education sector.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage
with diverse audiences.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win
outcomes.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and
creativity in problem-solving.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and other
business-related activities.
