Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to oversee the growth and operations of our turf business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing operations, and ensuring excellent customer service across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue

- Manage and optimize operations across all 9 locations

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field

- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with the sports industry is a plus
