Job Summary:
The BDM Executive at JBBONS Group Security Company will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's security services (such as manned guarding, electronic surveillance, facility management, etc.) to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and other channels.
Meet with potential clients to understand their security needs and offer customized solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and service agreements.
Negotiate terms and close contracts.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Attend security expos, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of security services and industry practices is an advantage.
